Boutique Selects Waterstone Marketing

Boutique Hotels & Resorts International(R) announced today the selection
of Waterstone Marketing as their strategic sales partner in New York/New
Jersey for corporate, leisure, and group markets.

With this appointment, Boutique Hotels & Resorts International(R) taps
into the professional expertise and long-term relationships of Waterstone
Marketing. Marcelo Vazquez, Waterstone Marketing`s Managing Director,
leads the organization with a strong industry background having managed
sales and marketing teams at Leading Hotels of the World, American Express
Travel and Summit Hotels & Resorts. Mr. Vazquez was also part of the
repositioning team at New York`s St. Regis Hotel.
