Leading Hotels Announces Loyalty Program

The world`s foremost luxury hospitality company has launched its first
loyalty program in conjunction with Europe`s leading airline.

The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd. has formed a partnership with
Lufthansa to participate in the airline`s mileage credit program,
Lufthansa Miles & More, effective January 2004. Miles & More members will
now be able to earn 500 award miles per stay at many Leading Hotels
worldwide*.

To highlight this new program, a number of participating members of The
Leading Hotels of the World will be awarding double miles for reservations
made between now and March 31, 2004, for stays completed during the same
time period*.

Approximately 138 Leading Hotels are currently offering this benefit.

Among the hotels in the program are Hotel Plaza Athenee in Paris, Hotel
Cipriani in Venice, The Milestone Hotel in London, and The Peninsula in
Hong Kong.
Participation signage will be prominently displayed by the hotels enrolled
in the program. Guests must present their Lufthansa Miles & More
membership cards upon check-in to receive mileage credit.
