Host Marriott Corporation today announced that it has sold the Oklahoma
City Marriott hotel and the Williamsburg, Virginia Marriott hotel for
total proceeds of $41 million. The proceeds are expected to be used to
repay debt obligations or other corporate purposes.

Host Marriott is a Fortune 500 lodging real estate company, which owns 118
upscale and luxury full-service hotel properties primarily operated under
