Avendra Renews Contracts with Founding Partners
Avendra announced today that it renewed contracts with its five founding
customer partners, ClubCorp USA, Inc., Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt
Hotels Corporation, Intercontinental Hotels Group, and Marriott
International through early 2007. The renewed agreements provide a strong
endorsement of Avendra and validate the original premise of the venture—
to add value to Avendra customers` properties. The five customers
represent over $1.3 billion in purchases through Avendra`s programs.

customers were making a leap of faith. We believed that our business model
—combining the buying power of our five founders with the product and
purchasing expertise of Avendra`s staff to offer lower prices and high

“Today, almost 25 percent of our revenues come from customers other than
our founder customers.”
