Casino and Fiesta Rancho Casino Hotel properties.

The $50 million expansion of Santa Fe Station will add more than 20,000

property`s 49,000 square foot bowling center, a new 6,400 square foot

Construction work at the Santa Fe is expected to begin in January 2004 and
be completed by March 2005.

“When we purchased the Santa Fe in 2000, we envisioned a number of
enhancements to the property to make it a complete regional entertainment
destination for locals,” said Frank Fertitta, III, Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer. “The demand for this expansion has been exceptional.
The Northwest part of the Las Vegas Valley is one of the fastest growing
areas in our community. This expansion enhances Santa Fe Station`s
position as the premier property in this area and provides new amenities
that our customers have told us they wanted,” said Fertitta.

The $6 million, 31,000 square foot expansion of the Fiesta Rancho will
bring a new ice arena to the property, complete with concession area, pro
shop, locker rooms and private special event rooms. Construction of the
ice rink is scheduled to begin in April 2004 with an estimated completion
in September 2004.
