Hilton International has signed an innovative profit-linked lease agreement with the Royal Bank of Scotland plc for the five star Waldorf Hotel, situated in The Aldwych, London, to now be known as `The Waldorf Hilton`.

The 303 guest room Waldorf - shortly to complete a #25 million refurbishment to all bedrooms and public areas - combines perfectly with the Hilton brand, its heritage and reputation for quality of service. The hotel is ideally located for both The West
End and The City suiting both the business and leisure traveller.

General Manager Amanda Scott and her 115 strong team will be joining Hilton on or before 31 January 2004, when the existing management agreement for the hotel expires.
