Wyndham Anatole Unveils West Wing

Long recognized as Dallas` legendary hotel, the Wyndham Anatole Hotel announces the completion of its West Wing meeting space renovation, which brings the hotel`s total meeting space to more than 340,000 square feet. The new West Wing, designed to offer optimum flexibility to mid-sized groups, is a significant part of the hotel`s $39 million renovation, which began in 2002.
Understanding that the global meetings market has changed, increasing in the number of mid-sized meetings being booked, the Wyndham Anatole sought new ways to reinvent its meeting space. Based on feedback from the Wyndham Anatole Customer Advisory Board, the state-of-the-art West Wing was created with dramatic new finishes offering increased flexibility for meeting room divisibility.

The renovation of the West Wing, featuring stunning marble accents and rich d̩cor, was carefully planned to enhance the Anatole`s existing meeting space that generations of group and business travel customers have come to appreciate. The public areas also have been expanded, giving guests more space to relax before or after events. In addition, panoramic views of the seven-acre Anatole Park and direct access to these spacious grounds bring refreshing natural light to the renowned facility.

The West Wing features the latest technological features associated with a meeting space of this caliber, including full voice, data, A/V and power connectivity; category 5 ports with fiber optic backbone; dimmable lighting; individual DSP speaker zones in each room; pre-installed rigging points; and high-speed wired and wireless Internet access in all meeting and public areas.

In addition to the new West Wing, all 1,616 Anatole guest rooms are undergoing a magnificent transformation to a timeless, yet contemporary design, featuring rich golds, exotic greens and bold blues with hints of Eastern touches throughout the new bedding, window treatments, furniture and carpet to create a warm and elegant setting. The redesigned guest rooms include high-speed Internet access, two-line cordless phones and Herman Miller Aeronå® high-performance, ergonomically-designed desk chairs. The bathrooms also are being fully recreated from top to bottom with new floors and ceilings, displaying full-tile walls and tub shower enclosures enhanced by granite and marble accessories and accents.

Located within a 45-acre campus including the private, seven-acre Anatole Park, the Wyndham Anatole Hotel features two high-rise atria; a 27-story tower; and luxuriously appointed guestrooms with first-class in-room amenities and wired Internet access.
