Invest West/Pacifica Hotel Company, in partnership with Leddy Ventures Limited, announced that it has begun construction of a 200-room Hilton Garden Inn in Rancho Bernardo.
The new hotel will be part of the Park Terrace Commercial Center, a high-end development containing office space, several attractive restaurants, a church, and a public library.
Hilton Garden Inn is the cornerstone of Hilton Hotels Corporation`s new hotel development. With more than 225 Hilton Garden Inn properties currently open or under development in the U.S., Canada and Mexico, the Hilton Garden Inn brand is positioned as the leading, mid-priced lodging choice for today`s growing segment of mid-market travelers. Designed for both the business and leisure traveler, every hotel offers a Pavilion Pantry(TM) convenience mart that sells snacks and sundry items, a guest laundry facility, and a complimentary, 24-hour business center. In addition, each guestroom features a hospitality center with a microwave, coffee maker and mini-refrigerator, and by year-end 2003, all guestrooms will offer complimentary high-speed Internet access. As the name suggests, each Hilton Garden Inn is also beautifully landscaped and features a glass walled pavilion entrance. Construction of the hotel is expected to be completed by December 2004.
