Prime Hospitality Corp. , announced today the groundbreaking of the Elkton
AmeriSuites hotel in Elkton, Maryland. The hotel is owned and managed by
Swami Shree, LLC, and is expected to open in summer 2004.

The Elkton AmeriSuites, located at 304 Belle Hill Road is conveniently
located just off I-95. The hotel will feature 70 beautifully appointed
suites with over 1,000 square feet of flexible meeting rooms. Each suite
offers a mini-kitchen with refrigerator and microwave, iron and ironing
board, coffee maker, cable television, dataport telephones, voice mail
service and laundry service. Guests will also enjoy high-speed internet
access, a complimentary Bountiful Breakfast Buffet (SM), free local phone
calls, and use of a fitness center with indoor swimming pool.
