Marriott Executives Customer Appreciation Day

For the 10th year in a row, Marriott International is devoting a day to
reaching out to its customers around the world. Led by CEO JW Marriott,
Jr. and his sons, John, executive vice president for lodging, Steve,
senior vice president for culture and special events, and David, director
of corporate sales for the Crystal Gateway Marriott, Marriott executives,
hotel general managers and sales staff from around the globe are gathering
in their respective regions today to make calls thanking over 35,000
customers for their business.

Marriott`s Global Customer Appreciation Day is taking place in 28
locations around the world, including Hong Kong; Shanghai; Sydney; Bochum,
Germany; Dubai; Cairo; London; Mexico City; Miami; Vancouver; Toronto;
Santa Clara, California; Phoenix; Minneapolis; Omaha; Dearborn, Michigan;
St. Louis; Chicago; Albuquerque; San Antonio; Houston; Denver; New
Orleans; Dallas; Raleigh, North Carolina; Philadelphia; Washington, DC;
and Groton, Connecticut. The locations will be linked via satellite TV and
internet web streaming.
