Pierre New York has An Eye For Detail

This fall and early winter, take advantage of The Pierre New York`s newest
weekend package: An Eye For Detail. From now until January 11, 2004, The
Metropolitan Museum of Art takes center stage as it presents the El Greco
retrospective exhibition. Pair the weekend with deluxe accommodations and
breakfast for two at The Pierre along with two passes to the El Greco
exhibition and a copy of the hard cover exhibition catalogue. Weekend
rates begin at $540 per room per night.
This world-renowned museum features a retrospective of 80 works by the
great 16th century painter Domenikos Theotokopoulos, better known as El
Greco. Spanning the whole of his career, it examines his depiction of
saints along with an extraordinary selection of psychologically intense
portraits, large-scale altarpieces, sculptures, and rare excursions into
mythological themes.

25th Anniversary. Organized by The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York,
