Liberty-i, an innovation by Strategic Networks Ltd, allows guests access to a host of online services from laptop PC, MAC notebook or handheld PCs, wherever they are in the hotel - mybar, the library, the private rooms or the bedrooms. By cutting out the hassle of connecting by wire to the Internet, Liberty-i gives a completely new freedom when arranging conferences and impromptu business meetings.

If they do not already have one, guests on arrival can rent a wireless LAN (WLAN) card from reception, together with their secure Liberty-i passkey cards - which can be pre-paid or added to the room bill.  A myhotels welcome message will notify the user that they are free to use Wi-fi whenever and however they wish. Furthermore, Liberty-i fully supports virtual private network (VPN) client connection for highly secure access to corporate networks across the Internet.
