TELLURIDE, Colo.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Aug. 21, 2003—ResortQuest International (NYSE:RZT) has been named the resort and vacation rental manager for the Bear Creek Lodge, a luxury resort property in Mountain Village in the Telluride Ski Resort area.
The new management assignment, which begins Sept. 15, will add approximately 40 upscale condominiums to ResortQuest`s existing inventory of roughly 250 condominiums, homes and town homes in Telluride, the popular mountain resort in San Juan Mountains of Colorado.
“Bear Creek will become our flagship property in Mountain Village.
