(NYSE: PDQ), today announced an agreement with Travelweb LLC to distribute the Company`s online inventory using Travelweb`s fully automated distribution network. Travelweb`s merchant program will increase visibility for all AmeriSuites, Prime Hotels & Resorts, and Wellesley Inns & Suites brands providing broader distribution.

Travelweb`s distribution network enables hotel properties to offer consumers up-to-the-minute hotel rooms directly from Prime`s central reservation system and to effectively allocate inventory in real time to enhance yield and revenue management. Under the agreement, Prime`s Hotel inventories will become part of Travelweb`s distribution network available on Travelweb.com, and its distribution partners such as Orbitz, continental.com, and many other travel sites.
