PARSIPPANY, N.J. (May 29, 2003) - Ramada Franchise Systems Inc. today announced the launch of its 2wice as Nice promotion, designed to drive brand awareness and build consumer loyalty.

From June 1 to Sept. 30, Club Ramada members will earn 250 frequent-flyer miles for their American Airlines® AAdvantage®, Continental Airlines OnePass® or Delta SkyMiles® accounts, in addition to Club Ramada points for each stay and a chance to win 100,000 miles
To qualify for the bonus miles, club members must register their airline loyalty program information with Club Ramada and complete a qualified stay at any Ramada hotel in the United States during the promotional period.

Club members who register also will be entered into a monthly sweepstakes for a chance to win 100,000 airline miles with each qualified stay. No purchase is necessary to participate, and there is no limit to the number of bonus point awards that can be earned during the promotional period. Club members can win more than one monthly sweepstakes.

Club Ramada points can be redeemed for airline miles, free nights at Ramada hotels, free car rentals and Home Depot® and Circuit City® gift certificates, among others.
