The Quality Suites hotel, located at 14620 North IH-35, has been named Inn of the Year by Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE:CHH) franchisor of the Quality hotel brand.

Choice Hotels annually presents the Inn of the Year Award to hotels that demonstrate lodging excellence. The best of each brand is selected by a committee of peer hoteliers who evaluate the hotel on a variety of factors including guest service, hotel cleanliness and hotel décor during several unannounced inspections.

The Quality Suites hotel was selected as Inn of the Year from among 455 open Quality brand hotels throughout the United States.

The Inn of the Year Award was presented to Rob Stillwell, the hotel`s owner and Charles Adeniken, the hotel`s general manager, at Choice`s 49th annual convention, this month, at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando.
