Prime Hospitality Appoints Industry Veteran

Prime Hospitality Corp. , announced today that Maureen O`Hanlon has been named Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this position, O`Hanlon will have direct responsibility for leading Prime`s marketing, advertising, national sales, e-commerce, public relations and central reservations.

O`Hanlon has spent the majority of her 25 years of travel and lodging experience with Carlson Companies Inc., ultimately serving as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and was most recently with Marketing Arts Organization, a travel consultancy to major companies as well as Internet and e-commerce ventures. O`Hanlon has also served in numerous hospitality and marketing positions while at Carlson.

O`Hanlon has been named as one of the most powerful women in America`s travel industry by Travel Agent magazine, one of the 25 most influential industry executives by Tour & Travel News, received the Atlas Award from the Association of Travel Marketing Executives, and has been named to the Winners Circle by Travel Agent magazine. O`Hanlon is a member of many travel industry associations and presently is the Chairperson Elect for the Hospitality Sales
and Marketing Association International.
