The Sleep Inn, Inn & Suites hotel, located at 130 North 30th Road, has been nominated for the Inn of the Year Award by Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE:CHH) franchisor of Sleep Inn hotel brand.

Choice Hotels annually presents the Inn of the Year Award to hotels that demonstrate lodging excellence. The best of each brand is selected by a committee of peer hoteliers who evaluate the hotel on a variety of factors including guest service, hotel cleanliness and hotel décor during several unannounced inspections.

The Sleep Inn, Inn & Suites hotel was selected as Inn of the Year Award finalist from among 301 open Sleep Inn brand hotels throughout the United States.

Winners will be announced at Choice Hotel`s 49th annual convention, May 7-9, at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando. Former President George H.W. Bush, comedian Bill Cosby and musicians Jim Belushi & The Sacred Hearts are expected to attend.

The Sleep Inn, Inn & Suites hotel, owned and operated by Syracuse Hospitality LLC of Columbus, Neb., won Choice`s Gold Hospitality Award in 2002.

The 74-unit Sleep Inn, Inn & Suites hotel features an indoor pool and whirlpool, exercise facility, meeting room and complimentary deluxe continental breakfast.

There currently are 313 Sleep Inn brand hotels open and 47 under development worldwide, representing 27,444 rooms.
