Ocean Edge Names New Resort Manager

BREWSTER, MA - April 2003 - Christopher Lorino has been appointed Resort Manager of Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club. Mr. Lorino will be responsible for overseeing all of the resorts’ operating departments including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Activities, Tennis and Golf
Before being promoted to Resort Manager of Ocean Edge, Mr. Lorino was the property’s Rooms Division Manager. Prior to joining Ocean Edge, Mr. Lorino served as Assistant General Manager of the Red Jacket Mountain View Resort in North Conway, New Hampshire. While there, he oversaw the Rooms Division of the resort with collateral responsibility for Food & Beverage and Sales & Marketing

Mr. Lorino began his hospitality career in 1987 with the Davenport Companies, parent company to Red Jacket Resorts of Cape Cod and New Hampshire. He then went to work for Westin Hotels and Resorts in a variety of management positions at properties such as the Westin Mission Hills Resort in Rancho Mirage, California, the Westin Copley Place in Boston and the Westin Hotel in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Mr. Lorino is a 1995 graduate of the Boston University School of Hospitality Management and currently serves on their International Alumni Board.
