the world, unveiled plans today for a luxury condominium hotel comprising 36 private residences to be
built next to Four Seasons Resort Whistler.
Four Seasons Private Residences Whistler follows Intrawest’s successful sell-out of Four Seasons Resort
Whistler, a strata-titled 242-suite luxury hotel that sold for over Cdn$150 million in five hours last Feb.

Intrawest is now accepting priority reservations for the invitation-only sales launch event scheduled for
March 15, 2003 at the Intrawest Discovery Centre in Whistler.
Four Seasons Private Residences Whistler is Intrawest’s most luxurious development to date. Owners of
the residences will enjoy the best of both worlds. They will live in a spacious, mountain residence, and
have access to Four Seasons’ signature world-class services and amenities including exceptional dining
