Pan Pacific Vancouver Enhancements

(Vancouver, BC)—- As part of Pan Pacific Vancouver`s ongoing commitment to the comfort of its international clientele, the AAA Five Diamond rated hotel is spending $3 million on enhancements that complement its famous custom-imported Italian linens, relaxing neutral room tones and bird`s eye maple finishings.
Each of the hotel`s 504 rooms and suites will feature new additions which include combination CD player clock radios, 27 inch flat screen televisions, larger desks with inlaid leather blotters, lighted make-up mirrors, digital bathroom scales and two-line speaker telephones. One of the most coveted “creature comforts” in each room is a striking chaise lounge, positioned to take in the harbour, mountain and city views that surround the hotel`s perch high above the Canada Place cruise ship terminal.
“We learned long ago that even though our guests are well-traveled, and come from every corner of the globe, they always prefer the comfortable look and feel of their own luxury homes over generic corporate hotel rooms,” notes Steve Halliday, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Pan Pacific Vancouver. “Making guests feel at home starts with a warm welcome, one that extends to the room and each of the services and amenities that go with it.”
The latest additions are desigend to complement such existing features as all-natural Aveda bath products, desk lamps with built-in dataports, crisp halogen lighting and honey maple baseboards and tranquil wall coverings.

“Will we ever be truly finished? I don`t think so,” adds Halliday. “Staying at the top of your game, means constant improvement, and we`re no different at Pan Pacific.”
