In light of current customer concerns about international travel Thistle Hotels, London`s biggest hotel company, are removing one of these concerns from international group and event organizers.
For the time being Thistle Hotels is suspending all cancellation charges for international inbound groups, meetings, events and conference bookings, provided that the group or event organizer can provide documentary evidence that the group did not travel as planned.

Thistle will continue to monitor the international situation and to review their pricing policies, terms and conditions accordingly over the months ahead.
