Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE:MAR) is scheduled to open the 99-room Courtyard by Marriott in Tampa, Fla. this month. Located at 4014 Tampa Rd., the Courtyard Tampa - Oldsmar will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Menna Development and Management, Inc. of Clearwater, Fla.
Situated 12 miles from Tampa International Airport and 10 miles from Busch Gardens, the Courtyard Tampa - Oldsmar offers guests convenient access to Tampa Bay Downs, Florida Aquarium, Adventure Island and Canal Park.
