Accor Services Development of Human Resources

Paris - January 22, 2003._ Accor Services, Accor’s division dedicated to serving
corporate clients and public institutions, is pursuing its development strategy in the
area of human resources with today’s launch of Foragora®, which enables companies
across a full range of industries to make their training programs more efficient.
The new offer builds on:
á the expertise of Accor, which every year trains more than 90,000 employees
worldwide, through its Academy and international network.
á Accor Services’ skills in designing and managing tailor-made solutions that
improve the performance of companies and their employees.
á the late 2002 acquisition of the Foragora.com website and of Cabinet Joffre
Conseil, which purchases training products and manages training programs.
Foragora® makes it easier for companies to select and implement their training
programs by providing support in:
á purchasing training services. On the Foragora.com website or by telephone,
specialists inform and guide customers in choosing the most appropriate
training products and financing solutions, and in complying with regulatory
requirements. The website provides access to a database that is unique in
France and which includes 9,000 service providers and 20,000 inter-company
training courses.
á organizing training logistics and managing administrative procedures.
Foragora® simplifies implementation of training programs, manages
administrative and logistics procedures (registrations, notifications, lodging and
transportation), tracks budgets and provides a final report.
á assessing the quality and effectiveness of training programs. Foragora®
has specialized tools for processing and analyzing post-training evaluations.
