Eaton Becomes SRS-Worldhotels Member

The Eaton Hotel Hong Kong today announced that it will be joining SRS-WORLDHOTELS global hotel reservations, sales and marketing network, as a member of its First Class Collection. 

Effective on the 30 December 2002, Eaton`s status as a member of SRS-WORLDHOTELS First Class Collection will be reflected by a change in airline access codes. Starting the end of December 2002, the hotel will start using “SR” as its new chain code for all hotel reservations as current GDS codes become:

Apart from the change in codes, business and leisure travelers will be able to benefit from the added convenience of being able to make bookings for the Eaton Hotel via the SRS-WORLDHOTELS` website www.srs-worldhotels.com, email [email protected] or via any of its toll free reservation numbers worldwide.

In addition, with its participation in the world`s leading frequent flyer programmes, namely Star Alliance, All Nippon Airways, Lufthansa, Thai Airways, United Airlines and Varig, members of SRS-WORLDHOTEL`s consortium, hotel guests will furthermore be able to enjoy the benefit of being able to redeem air miles mileage from their stay at the Eaton Hotel.

According to Mr Andrew Ooi, the General Manager of the Eaton Hotel, the decision to join SRS-WORLDHOTEL`s global sales and reservation network brings distinct advantages. He comments:
