Arkansas Hotel Joins Wyndham Brand

The Wyndham Riverfront-Little Rock joins the company`s portfolio as part of a 10-year franchise agreement between F.F. Hotels Inc., led by North Little Rock businessman, Frank Fletcher, and Dallas-based Wyndham International.

“With the saturation of many larger brands in markets all across the U.S., we`re seeing many franchisees converting their assets to the Wyndham brand. We believe we can better distinguish their hotels with the strength of our customer-focused programs and innovative distribution system,” stated Fred J. Located on the North bank of the Arkansas River, just two blocks from ALLTEL Arena and only one mile from downtown Little Rock, the former Hilton Inn North Little Rock Riverfront was renovated in 2001 and is located within walking distance of the River Market Entertainment District, which offers restaurants, museums, a farmer`s market and shopping. The property features 220 guest rooms; fitness center; business center; outdoor pool; 14,000 sq. ft. of meeting space; and two restaurants, the world-renowned Benihana`s Japanese Restaurant and the Riverfront Restaurant & Steakhouse.
