Starwood Hotels & Resorts Declares Fourth Quarter Dividend

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: HOT) announced today that it has declared its regular quarterly dividend of $0.1725 per share for the Company`s fourth quarter ending December 31, 2000. The dividend will be payable on January 22, 2001 to shareholders of record on December 31, 2000.
