Wyndham International, Inc. (NYSE:WYN) today announced the promotion of several key executives in its financial department, each reporting to Richard A. Smith, executive vice president and chief financial officer. The appointments complete the restructuring of the department following Smith`s appointment as chief financial officer earlier this month.

“With these new appointments, we now have the right team in place to lead our finance organization through our transformation into a branded hotel operating company,” said Fred J. Kleisner, president and chief executive officer.

Judy L. Hendrick, who was named senior vice president and treasurer, will oversee the company`s debt financing and cash management operations. “During the past year, we have made tremendous progress in establishing a strong infrastructure in our financial department, including implementing new technology and systems.
