Wyndham International, Inc. and Patriot American Hospitality, Inc. (Wyndham), whose shares are paired and trade together (NYSE:PAH), today said the registration statement for the spin-off of Interstate Hotels Corporation has been declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission and that it has received approval from the Nasdaq National Market system to list shares of Interstate Hotels Corporation under the trading symbol IHCO.
Wyndham also said the payment date for the spin-off has been extended from June 10, 1999, to June 18, 1999, with the consent of Marriott International, Inc. The change of the payment date does not affect the record date, which previously was set at June 7, 1999.
