British Celebrity Chef Gary Rhodes will be in Dubai from the 28th October until the 1st November for a food promotion at Burj Al Arab and a visit to The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management.
Gary Rhodes will visit The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management on the 28th October for the day, where he will spend time with the students followed by a presentation in the auditorium for invited guests. Gary Rhodes’ visit to The Emirates Academy is the fifth in a series of international celebrity guest lecturers following Chefs Michel Roux and Ken Hom, Dr. Ken Stratford, Chief Executive of QuadraNet, a company which since 1997 has specialized in providing IT systems to the restaurant industry, and Orlando Ayala, Group Vice President Worldwide Sales, Marketing and Services Group, Microsoft who visited in the previous academic year.
On Tuesday the 29th and Wednesday the 30th October, guests will have the rare chance to see Gary Rhodes in action when he prepares three courses live on stage during an exclusive gala dinner at Burj Al Arab’s Al Falak Ballroom on both evenings. In addition, on Friday the 1st November, Burj Al Arab will feature a full traditional afternoon tea buffet showcasing several savoury and sweet signature dishes prepared by Gary Rhodes. The afternoon tea will take place in the Sahn Eddar lounge, on the upper-level lobby of the hotel from 3pm to 6pm.
