The Marriott lodging portfolio in Moscow has expanded with the addition of two new properties in central Moscow. The hotels are the 232-room Moscow Marriott Royal Hotel and the 162-room Moscow Marriott Tverskaya Hotel. The properties are operated by Interstate Hotels Company and are owned by the Moscow-based construction firm, Mospromstroi.
The new Moscow Marriott Royal Hotel and the Moscow Marriott Tverskaya Hotel are within walking distance of the Bolshoi Theater, Tretyakov Gallery, Pushkin Museum and the Museum of Private Collections.
“We are very excited to add another two hotels in Moscow and to be working with Interstate Hotels whom we opened the Moscow Marriott Grand Hotel last year,” said Ed Fuller, president and managing director of Marriott`s international operations. “With the addition of these properties Marriott has a strong presence in this growing city.

The five-star Moscow Marriott Royal Hotel features butler-style service on the concierge floor and the city`s first prime beef restaurant, the Polo Club. In addition, the hotel offers 24-hour currency exchange, in-room data ports and international direct dial phones.
Located on Tverskaya Street, the main thoroughfare to Sheremetyevo Airport, the newly renovated Moscow Marriott Tverskaya Hotel offers a boutique atmosphere with 36 executive suites for extended-stay options. Travelers will also appreciate the convenience of the city`s subway system, which is located just steps outside the hotel`s lobby.
Both properties also feature a health club, swimming pool, gift shop, business center and meeting facilities.
