Sales began in July and owner occupancy is scheduled for mid-year 2000.

We are excited to extend to vacationers and golfers the first opportunity to enjoy a lifetime of luxurious vacation accommodations at one of the premier golf resorts in the Northeast.

Marriott`s Fairway Villas will be built adjacent to the Seaview Resort. Today, the resort complex has been expanded to include a second golf course, an indoor swimming pool and tennis courts. Fairway Villas` owners and guests will have access to Seaview`s championship golf courses, Marriott hotel amenities and a complete world-class spa complex under development at the Villas resort.

To showcase the unique features of this resort during its development, Marriott Vacation Club International will open a state-of-the-art Vacation Gallery on site for vacation ownership sales. The gallery will feature architectural models and other displays that depict the resort design and amenities.
