The Board of Jarvis has received notification from Trefick Ltd, Jack Petchey’s investment vehicle, that it has a holding of 7,801,050 shares representing 4.57% of the issued share capital of Jarvis.

Jarvis will announce preliminary results for the year to 30 March 2002 on 6 June 2002.
