Jim Ball will serve as Chairman of the Board of Sedona Worldwide Incorporated with a view to positioning this company to succeed to the businesses of The Greens of Las Vegas, Inc. including the construction and operation of a proposed 17-acre putting facility in Las Vegas, Nevada on the 44-acre parcel owned by ILX.
Margaret Eardley, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company will also serve as the President of its Nevada subsidiary, VCA Nevada Incorporated, while Carl Marcello will stay on as Project Director of the Company`s “Premiere Park” Las Vegas development.
