Mary Lou Pollack, a sales
management veteran at Prime Hospitality Corp. (NYSE: PDQ) has returned after
nearly a year away to become the Vice President of Brand Sales at Wellesley
Inns & Suites, Prime`s mid-priced, limited service brand.  Mary Lou had most
recently held the Vice President of National Sales position, now held by
Shannon Rigby-Garcia.

Well suited for this new role, she will set the Wellesley brand sales
direction, while supporting regional and local sales efforts working alongside
the operations management team.  She will also work closely with Shannon to
drive major corporate account and travel intermediary business into Wellesley
hotels.

President of Operations for Wellesley.  “She will hit the ground running and
bring enormous experience to the role.  We expect the brand to grow
significantly in the next year and she`s the ideal person to bring us the
revenue to support it.”

Jack McHugh, who formerly occupied the position, will now become the Vice
President of Sales for Prime`s AmeriSuites brand, reporting to Denny Hill, the
Senior Vice President of Operations for AmeriSuites.  Jack served Wellesley
well for over a year in the sales management role.
