Rhonda G. Davis Named Counsel For Hilton Hotels Corporation

Rhonda G. Davis has been promoted to counsel of Hilton Hotels Corporation. She reports to Thomas E. Gallagher, executive vice president, chief administrative officer & general counsel. Davis joined Hilton in 1998 as associate counsel.
Davis` responsibilities in her new position include providing legal advice and negotiating contracts for franchised properties developed in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.


Prior to joining Hilton, she served as an associate at Pircher, Nichols & Meeks in Los Angeles, where she specialized in real estate transactions.


Davis earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration, with an emphasis in real estate, from the University of Southern California, and received her juris doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C.


Since joining Hilton, Davis has become an active member of the California Minority Counsel Program based in San Francisco, and serves on their Minority Corporate Counsel Subcommittee. Davis is also a member of Hilton`s Diversity Committee and provides pro bono legal services through Public Counsel.
