Pointe South Mountain Resort Appoints New General Manager And Director Of Leisure Sales

The Pointe South Mountain Resort has named Charles Naberhaus as general manager of the 640-suite resort, and Cherri Lamont as director of leisure sales. The announcement was made by Managing Director Ron Olstad.
Naberhaus oversees the day-to-day operation of the resort. Most recently he was the director of operations of The Westin Stonebriar Resort, a 300-room luxury resort and conference center in Frisco, Texas, an upscale suburban community of Dallas. Naberhaus earned his bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management from Florida State University.


Handling the leisure sales is Lamont, who has a background in travel industry sales and conference planning, having served as a sales manager at Southwest Conference Planner as well as former director of travel industry sales for The Phoenician Resort. She earned her bachelor of science degree in communications from Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania.


Located at 7777 South Pointe Parkway, the Pointe South Mountain Resort is a 300-acre, all-suite resort at the base of the landmark South Mountain.
