Vail Cascade Resort is proud to announce that Chap’s Grill & Chophouse has been awarded the AAA Four-Diamond Award for 2001 - making it the only Four-Diamond rated steak or chophouse in Colorado.

Chap’s Grill & Chophouse opened July 2000 and is located adjacent to the Lobby Lounge at Vail Cascade Resort, occupying the space formerly held by Alfredo’s Restaurant. Operating since the resort first opened in 1987, Alfredo’s received numerous food and wine awards, including the prestigious AAA Four-Diamond award. Chap’s features the finest grilled foods in the Vail Valley and entrees feature the highest quality beef, elk, venison, pork, Colorado lamb, chicken and seafood, offering diners a wide array of choices. Chap’s is open daily, serving dinner from 6 - 10 p.m.
