Club M̩diterran̩e And Protravel Group In Distribution Partnership Agreemen

Club Méditerranée and Protravel today announced that they have signed a distribution partnership agreement covering Club Med, Jet tours and Forum Voyages.

Jet tours’ partnership with Protravel supports the French tour operator’s redeployment plan aimed at extending and facilitating distribution of its products. Under the terms of the strategic alliance, Protravel will distribute Jet tours products through its network and subsidiaries, around 115 outlets in total.

For its part, Jet tours will supply a wide array of products and introduce productivity-enhancing sales processes, such as new IT interfaces and training for Protravel sales staff.


Protravel, which is strengthening its organization and diversifying its network, will make Jet tours one of the network’s preferred partners and significantly expand the number of Jet tours outlets over the next three years.

Under the second part of the agreement, Club Med products will be distributed by 20 Protravel agencies.

Lastly, Club Méditerranée has agreed to sell the Forum Voyages network (18 agencies in France) to Protravel, which plans to develop it.


Commenting on the agreement, Philippe Bourguignon, Chairman of the Executive Board of Club Méditerranée, said:

With the Jet tours recovery plan well underway, the agreement supports our commitment to strengthen our distribution capabilities, and should allow Jet tours to continue regaining market share by expanding the distribution of its products.
The Club Med component of the agreement develops our indirect sales.
This is a well-balanced agreement in line with the strategic objectives of both partners.”
