Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE:MAR) is scheduled to open the 190-room Courtyard by Marriott in Los Altos, Calif., this October. Located at 4320 El Camino Real, the Courtyard Palo Alto/Los Altos will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by JHS Associates, LLC of Burlingham, Calif.

Situated in the business sector of Los Altos and 15 miles from San Jose International Airport, the Courtyard Palo Alto/Los Altos offers guests convenient access to Stanford Shopping Center, Stanford University and many golf courses. Rates begin at $179 per night.
