(NYSE:MAR) has announced that following a complete renovation, the Holiday Inn Select Riverside in California was officially re-branded as the Riverside Marriott on Sept. 27. Located at 3400 Market St., this latest addition to the Marriott Hotels, Resorts and Suites portfolio is owned and managed by Sunstone Hotels L.L.C. of San Clemente, Calif.
With over 14,000 square feet of meeting space, including 14 meeting rooms, guests will find ample space to meet their business and social needs. For large-scale functions, the hotel provides the 3,500-square-foot Grand Ballroom, featuring a Bose sound system and adjacent 1,200-square-foot outdoor courtyard.
