As an extension of the meeting services offered by Adam`s Mark Hotels, Adam`s Mark Audio Visual (AMAV) offers one of the hotel industry`s most comprehensive in-house AV programs to serve meeting groups` needs. Unlike most hotel chains that use sub-contracted AV vendors, AMAV is a fully integrated department within the hotel, providing dedicated in-house AV staff on site, extending the level of technical support available in the hotel to provide a streamlined approach to budget management and logistical coordination.
As a single point contact for all hotel meeting technology services, AMAV provides a tremendous range of services, such as pre-production support, creative design and technical drawings, staging support, teleconferencing, public telecom services, high speed internet connectivity, video and live web broadcasting, and off-site event support. As a part of major conventions and trade shows, AMAV has provided support for many national entertainment acts, including Glen Fry, Tanya Tucker and the Commodores.
AMAV also maintains and manages the business center and public telecommunication services for the hotel, renting office equipment and supplies, as well as two-way communications devices and analog and digital phones. AMAV also provides; fax machines, high-speed copiers, color printers, conference phones, Nextel services, and even paper shredders, pagers and cellular phones.
