Boykin Lodging Appoints Joseph F. Smith As Vice President-Asset And Tenant Management

Boykin Lodging Company (NYSE: BOY), a hotel real estate investment trust, today announced the appointment of Joseph F. Smith to the position of Vice President-Asset & Tenant Management.

Mr. Smith, a hotel industry veteran, spent 13 years with Boykin Management Company, holding several positions in the field and in the corporate office, including Regional Vice President, General Manager, Food and Beverage Director, and Corporate Director of Food and Beverage. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in hotel and restaurant management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Mr. Smith has also held executive level positions in the restaurant, airline and transportation businesses.
