Best Western International, The World’s Largest Hotel Chain?, announces the opening of the brand new Best Western Convention Center Hotel in Manhattan. The 11-story hotel is located one-half block from the Jacob Javits Convention Center on West 38th Street.

The hotel management will be hosting a grand opening event on March 15. The keynote speaker for the event will be the Honorable Sheldon Silver of the New York State Assembly Speaker.

The hotel is owned by Unigroup Hotel LLC under the leadership of John Lam, Keith Lam and Hung Luk. The hotel was designed by Peter F. Poon, P.C.

Catering to the business traveler, the hotel features 83 guestrooms and hotel amenities include a lounge, exercise room and complimentary continental breakfast and newspaper. The hotel is located near New York City attractions such as: Intrepid Sea-Air Space Museum, Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, the Empire State Building, Broadway shows, Times Square, Radio City Music Hall and Chelsea Piers.
