John D. Zimmerman is the new director of Frequency Marketing for Best Western International. In his new position, he will be responsible for the overall responsibility of the Gold Crown Club International, Best Western’s frequent traveler program, as well as the airline marketing program.

Zimmerman comes to Best Western International from Dynamic Hospitality Solutions where he owned and operated the company devoted to providing leadership and technology systems to hotel operations and management staff. Prior to his affiliation with Dynamic Hospitality Solutions, Zimmerman was associated with Marriott International as a property general manager and senior manager of training and development. He has also worked closely with the Promus Hotel corporation as an area director as well as Windmill Inns & Suites as director of operations, sales and marketing.
