Jane C. Innes is the new managing director of Corporate Communications for lodging giant Best Western International. In her new role, she oversees all internal and external communications for the global brand.

A 20-year communications veteran, Innes is charged to improve the brand’s internal communications with its member hoteliers and employees and elevating media exposure for the brand.

Innes has held numerous positions within the service and hospitality industry. Most recently she was the director of Corporate Communications for Perkins Family Restaurants. She was responsible for key communication strategies, crisis management, media, government and community relations. She has also held corporate communication management positions with Hampton Inns, Inc. and Holiday Corporation.

Innes holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in journalism from The Pennsylvania State University. She currently lives in North Scottsdale with her husband and two children.
