DALLAS, London`s The Lanesborough Hotel has been selected as Europe`s “Single Best Hotel” by one of the most sophisticated group of travelers in the world, senior financial executives surveyed by INSTITUTIONAL INVESTOR.

The survey queried 100 executives from 31 countries who each spent a minimum of 61 nights in hotels from July 2001 through June 2002, a period during which The Lanesborough was managed by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.

Overall, The Lanesborough was rated “5th best hotel” in the world. According to one panelist interviewed, the property`s service and location contributed to his high score. “It is located on the most exclusive and verdant corner in London.”
