Not to be outdone, SuperClubs’ Breezes Resorts are also offering great deals on vacations for singles, couples and families at three resorts in three different countries. This past year, SuperClubs expanded its horizons with the addition of the family-friendly Breezes Curaçao resort, the company’s first property in the Dutch Caribbean. Valid year-round at all SuperClubs Resorts in Jamaica and the Bahamas, Guaranteed Getaways provides complete customer satisfaction and protection - even in the event of a hurricane. First introduced in 1996, SuperClubs’ Guaranteed Getaways policy includes a “No Hurricane Guarantee,” “Jamaica Sunshine Guarantee” and “Satisfaction Guarantee.”
No Hurricane Guarantee: Should a hurricane strike the resort, guests will receive a reimbursement for the total value of the disrupted nights. In addition, a voucher for a future stay will be issued for the same number of disrupted nights good for use during the same month the following year, excluding airfare.
Jamaica Sunshine Guarantee: In the unlikely event that the sun should refuse to show its face on any day during a Jamaican SuperClubs holiday, the client will receive a voucher equal to that day`s value good for one year toward another SuperClubs vacation.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If a SuperClubs client is not 100 percent satisfied with the holiday, he must notify the general manager of the nature of his displeasure (before the second night of his stay). The general manager will then take every measure to rectify the situation to the client`s satisfaction. If this is not achieved, the client will receive a credit voucher upon checkout for the value of the unused portion of the hotel stay, which may be used against a future visit to any SuperClubs property.
