Wyndham Extends Its ByRequest Program

As part of its ongoing effort to enhance the hotel guest experience, Wyndham International (NYSE:WYN) recently expanded its one-of-a-kind guest recognition program, Wyndham ByRequest(SM), to include six Wyndham Luxury Resorts.
Now, when Wyndham ByRequest members stay at participating Wyndham-branded properties—whether upscale, all-suite or luxury—they are rewarded with meaningful benefits and a guest room tailored to their specific needs.

At each of the six participating Wyndham Luxury Resorts, Wyndham ByRequest members receive a heightened level of individualized service. The Wyndham ByRequest experience begins the moment the guest reaches the front gate of a Wyndham Luxury Resort, when the greeter relays to all hotel departments that the guest has arrived. Immediately, the hotel prepares the guest`s ByRequest welcome amenity, which is selected from a wide range of options on the ByRequest member profile. Whether guests choose iced tea and pretzels or merlot and fresh fruit, all welcome amenities also include a full 16-ounce bottle of Evian Natural Spring Water. All fruits and cheeses are freshly sliced, and are arranged by the chef in a lavish presentation. Should the ByRequest member select wine in their welcome amenity, they will be treated to a split of a popular local vintage.

ByRequest members who stay at a participating Wyndham Luxury Resort enjoy all other benefits of Wyndham ByRequest, including free long distance and local phone calls(a), free Internet access, free faxes and free copies. In June, Wyndham became the first hotel company to offer these benefits to reward frequent guests for their loyalty. Current Wyndham ByRequest members (who registered prior to June 1) automatically receive these benefits. Non-members can receive these benefits if they register for Wyndham ByRequest and complete their first stay by September 30th at a Wyndham Hotel, Wyndham Resort, Wyndham Luxury Resort, or Summerfield Suites By Wyndham.

There are no pre-qualifications to register; guests simply fill out a personal profile on www.wyndham.com where they can choose from more than 300 options when selecting their food, beverage and leisure activity options, whether it may be a favorite bottle of wine or fruit plate in their room upon arrival.
