As part of the alliance, Newmarket International now offers NetXchange LeadWorxSM Edition, a private-label version of the StarCite RapidRFPTM to individual hotels, chains, sales offices, meeting and convention facilities, convention and visitors bureaus or destinations as part of its NetXchangeTM product suite. Hotel operators, meetings organizations and visitor bureaus now can easily attach a custom RFP engine to their web site(s), providing planners with a simple, effective, tool to quickly and easily request rate and availability from a hotel, destination, or selection of properties. LeadWorxSM allows for the RFP to look and feel like the operator`s own web site and ties electronically into DelphiTM, CVBreezeTM, CCBreezeTM and NetDelphiTM. Suppliers can view and respond to these leads online from their existing Newmarket products using Newmarket`s NetXchange MeetingBrokerTM Edition.

The relationship between the two companies began in 2001 with the integration of the StarCite RFP engine and Newmarket`s NetXchange MeetingBroker. Since that time, the usage of online RFP engines has continued to grow and the alliance positions both companies well in this expanding business segment.
